Planning a Visit to The Stone Cellar? Here’s What You Need to Know
We are so excited to welcome you to The Stone Cellar! Visiting our venue is the first step in imagining your dream wedding, and we want to make your experience seamless, enjoyable, and inspiring.
Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your visit.
JOURNEY TO THE STONE CELLAR
Your journey to The Stone Cellar is all part of the magic. As you take the scenic drive toward our venue, soak in the beauty of Heidelberg’s tranquil farmlands—it’s the perfect introduction to the charm that awaits.
VERY IMPORTANT
When you turn off the main road onto our gravel path, at the black and white entrance sign, be extra careful. If you notice vehicles behind you, it’s best not to turn right into the venue entrance immediately, as they might try to pass you. Instead, continue for another 300 meters, then take a left to make a U-turn when safe. This will allow you to approach our entrance from the other direction, turning in comfortably.

ARRIVING AT THE STONE CELLAR
Look out for the “Guests Parking” sign at the first open gate on your right. Follow the path to our parking area, and take a right into the lot. One of our team members, often Natalie, will be there to greet you with a warm smile and guide you through your visit.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VIEWING
We believe that the best way to imagine your wedding day is to see The Stone Cellar in action. Whenever possible, we schedule viewings on wedding days (with the couple’s permission, of course) so you can experience the venue fully dressed and buzzing with magic.

Our beautiful chapel: Once a historic milking parlour, now a space filled with natural light and rustic charm.
Outdoor ceremony locations: Imagine your vows framed by endless views of the farmlands.
Reception area: Cozy, elegant, and designed for unforgettable celebrations.
On non-wedding days, you’ll also have the opportunity to view our accommodation.
After the tour, we’ll sit down over a glass of bubbly or coffee to discuss the finer details, answer your questions, and go through any documents you’ve received.
Tip: No need to print anything— we’ll have extra copies ready for you.
WHO SHOULD JOIN YOU?
To keep your experience intimate and focused, viewings are limited to the bride, groom, and up to two additional guests (a maximum of four people).
Please ensure you arrive on time, as we schedule viewings in 30-minute slots to give each couple our full attention.
